Sone se Pehle ki Dua in Arabic:  

It is narrated by Hazrat Huzaifa (R.A) that whenever Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) used to sleep he used to recite the following prayer.

اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ ا أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

He also preached his ummah to recite this prayer.

Once Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said to Hazrat Ali Sher-e-Khuda R.A to do the following steps before sleeping.

Hazrat Ali (r.a) said how will we do this? then Holy Prophet (S.A.W) said:

Thand se Bachne ki Dua

It is narrated by Hazrat Abu Huraira (R.A) that Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said when its severely cold weather than a Muslim recites the following Dua

   لا إله إلا الله 

and when its severely cold weather he says لا إله إلا الله.
